Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor settings
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles
  • Follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
  • Support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
  • Follow all company rules and policies
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations
