Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
- Successful background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor settings
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles
- Follow key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations
