Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of food service experience preferred
- Must obtain ServSafe Food Protection Manager or Food Handlers Permit within 90 days of employment

- ServSafe Food Protection Manager, or Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
Job Duties
- Prepare food per recipe specifications for daily use on the patient line, retail areas, doctors lounge, or for catered events
- Utilize, monitor, and drive systems to support compliance with food safety (HACCP, OSHA, HIPPA)
- Read production sheets and forecast production needs
- Drive cost control processes to meet goals
- Demonstrate the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist
- Meet mutually agreed upon performance goals and objectives established annually as listed on the Performance Management Plan
