Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work afternoons and weekends for part-time positions
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts within 7 am to 9 pm
  • excellent customer service skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • familiarity with basic computer operations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • computer proficiency
  • ability to work shifts between 7 am and 9 pm including weekends and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to remain courteous and professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greeting all patrons in a polite manner and providing assistance or instructions
  • issuing claim checks and receipts to customers
  • performing cash transactions and completing accurate cash drops during or at the end of shifts
  • filling out necessary daily operational paperwork
  • providing security services and contacting police or management in event of intrusion
  • recording validation counts
  • communicating effectively with customers and coworkers including radio contact with management or valet operations
  • setting up and putting away equipment such as signs and cones at shift start and end
  • maintaining a professional appearance and being polite and courteous
