Job Requirements
- a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience
- experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus

Job Duties
- complete ownership of p&l, accountable for the hospital's performance
- collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs
- manage accounts receivable
- oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs
- manage payroll for hospital staff
- develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs
- champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices
