Job Requirements
- doctor of veterinary medicine (dvm) or equivalent degree
- valid veterinary license
- minimum of 2 years clinical veterinary experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- proficiency with diagnostic and treatment technologies

Job Duties
- ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
- drive continuous improvement in clinical skills
- cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
- review hospital profit and loss and partner with medical and operations leaders to improve performance and efficiency
- perform routine, diagnostic, and complex medical procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions and prophylaxis, spays/neuters, abdominal exploratories, and mass removals
- build relationships with pet parents demonstrating respect and empathy
- support and guide veterinary technicians and assistants
