Job Requirements

  • doctor of veterinary medicine (dvm) or equivalent degree
  • valid veterinary license
  • minimum of 2 years clinical veterinary experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • proficiency with diagnostic and treatment technologies
  • commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Job Qualifications

  • experience in veterinary clinical care
  • leadership or management experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • proficiency with veterinary technology and diagnostic tools

Job Duties

  • ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
  • drive continuous improvement in clinical skills
  • cultivate a supportive, respectful, and collaborative work culture
  • review hospital profit and loss and partner with medical and operations leaders to improve performance and efficiency
  • perform routine, diagnostic, and complex medical procedures including radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions and prophylaxis, spays/neuters, abdominal exploratories, and mass removals
  • build relationships with pet parents demonstrating respect and empathy
  • support and guide veterinary technicians and assistants
