- proven experience in business development or related field

- preferred experience developing business relationships with hospitals in the Oklahoma City area

Job Duties
- Drive overall census growth and development including day-to-day management of hospital, physician and healthcare accounts and relationships
- Manage referral and admission processes including referral review, onsite assessment and conversion
- Facilitate patient transitions from hospital to post-hospital settings with clinical and financial insight for families
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local healthcare and community providers
- Collaborate with healthcare and community partners to identify opportunities for growth and program development
- Increase brand awareness in hospitals, MD offices and surrounding communities through marketing efforts
- Identify and recruit physicians to support key clinical programs and specialty services
- Plan and facilitate community outreach and events to highlight Ignite's programs and services
