Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Capability to maintain physical stamina required for housekeeping tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Availability for PRN work schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- Clean clinical and non-clinical areas according to hospital policy
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- Handle storage, disposal, and management of regulated medical waste, hazardous materials, solid waste, and linens
- Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards
- Report hazards and unsafe work conditions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- Contribute to a positive patient and staff environment through diligent housekeeping
