Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
  • Capability to maintain physical stamina required for housekeeping tasks
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability for PRN work schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

  • Clean clinical and non-clinical areas according to hospital policy
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • Handle storage, disposal, and management of regulated medical waste, hazardous materials, solid waste, and linens
  • Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards
  • Report hazards and unsafe work conditions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Contribute to a positive patient and staff environment through diligent housekeeping
