Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- must pass post-offer medical examination
- must pass background screening
- must pass drug test
- willingness to work 3rd shift hours including rotating weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning a plus
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- ability to perform physical demands of the job including lifting, standing, and reaching
- ability to pass post-offer medical, physical, background screening and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
