Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- post-offer medical examination
- background screening required

- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- good vision with or without corrective lenses
- willingness to work weekends and 2nd shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful vaccination against COVID-19
- ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- good vision and ability to use safety equipment
- ability to undergo medical, background, and drug screening
Job Duties
- cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
