Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in janitorial or cleaning preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work 2nd shift hours
- ability to work weekends on a rotational basis
- willingness to undergo medical screening, background check and drug testing
- full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful completion of post-offer medical screening, background check and drug test
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless medically or religiously exempt
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
