Job Requirements
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- availability to work 2nd shift hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm including rotating weekends
- willingness to undergo medical, physical, background screening, and drug test after job offer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful vaccination against COVID-19
- ability to pass post-offer medical, physical, background screening, and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
