Job Requirements
- Successful vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- ability to pass post-offer medical examination
- ability to pass background screening
- ability to pass drug test
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- medical cleaning experience a plus
- successful vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- ability to pass post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and or vacuums floor
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
