Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Experience in janitorial industry preferred
- Medical cleaning experience preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempt for medical or religious reasons
- Successful completion of medical exam, background check, and drug test
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus with or without corrective lenses
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- Medical cleaning experience a plus
- Successful completion of post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless legally exempted
Job Duties
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- Sweep and/or vacuum floors
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Polish metalwork
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Transport small equipment or tools between departments
