- successful completion of post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test
- fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment
- experience in janitorial industry a plus
- experience in medical cleaning a plus
Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal areas
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
