  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • exceptional guest service skills including professional communication and active listening
  • ability to handle guest luggage safely and efficiently
  • physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
  • capable of using computers and communicating by phone

Job Duties

  • Welcome all guests and visitors with friendly and professional demeanor
  • check in vehicles and keys with valet staff
  • direct guests to their appropriate locations
  • provide clear and accurate directions to areas, departments, and buildings
  • retrieve wheelchairs and assist guests with mobility needs
  • observe and report any suspicious behavior or loitering
  • notify valet staff when vehicles are ready to be parked or retrieved
  • assist with organizing vehicles in the service lane
  • retrieve vehicles for guests as needed
  • ensure the driveway and parking areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable
  • assist with general cleaning and organization tasks
  • provide prompt, courteous assistance to all guests
  • report any concerns that may impact safety, welfare, or integrity of the facility
  • maintain proper uniform, grooming, and hygiene
  • adhere to assigned work schedules
  • attend all required meetings and training courses
  • collaborate with team members
  • keep all work and guest areas tidy
  • perform other tasks to support operational and financial goals
  • attend staff meetings
  • complete required training modules on time
