- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- No more than three moving violations in last three years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service attitude with a willing and helpful demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance adhering to company uniform and grooming standards
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work communication and access to applications
Job Duties
- Welcome all guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check in vehicles and keys with valet staff
- Direct guests to appropriate locations within the facility
- Provide clear and accurate directions to departments and buildings
- Retrieve wheelchairs and assist guests with mobility needs
- Notify valet staff when vehicles are ready to be parked or retrieved
- Assist with organizing vehicles in the service lane
- Ensure driveway and parking areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service
- Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and hygiene
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth guest-focused operation
- Keep all work and guest areas tidy and welcoming
- Perform other duties as needed to support operational and financial goals
