Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with no suspension or expiry within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
- Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to tolerate inclement weather
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility to cover other locations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Continuous driver’s license experience for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive teamwork mindset
- Ability to maintain a clean-cut appearance
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome
- Assist guests with parking and retrieval of their vehicles
- Provide directions and support to guests to enhance their experience
- Float between hospital locations within a 15-mile radius as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to anticipate needs
- Ensure the safety of guests and their vehicles at all times
