Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Flexibility to cover multiple hospital locations within a 15-mile radius
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with parking and vehicle retrieval
- Provide directions and support to hospital visitors
- Float between multiple hospital locations within a 15-mile radius
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to enhance their experience
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
- Support hospital operations during peak times and cover other locations as needed
