Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum five years of commercial food preparation experience
- Ability to read and write English
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- Ability to adhere to sanitation policies
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills

- Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet patient dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and service areas
- Follow hospital policies and procedures related to food service
