Job Duties
- Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards
- adhere to sanitation policies as required by local, state, and federal standards
- follow established safety procedures in food handling and preparation
- maintain cleanliness of food preparation and serving areas
- assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies
- collaborate with dietary staff to ensure menu accuracy and nutritional standards
- respond promptly to patient dietary needs and preferences
