- Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired
- Ability to read and write English
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and menus accurately
- Commitment to sanitation policies and patient safety
- Willingness to work full-time

Job Duties
- Prepare patient and cafeteria food service according to local, state, and federal standards
- Adhere to sanitation policies and health regulations
- Follow recipes and plan menus as required
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support the dietary needs of patients and staff
- Collaborate with healthcare and food service teams to ensure service quality
- Monitor food preparation processes for compliance
