Job Requirements

  • High school education or GED preferred
  • Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and menus accurately
  • Commitment to sanitation policies and patient safety
  • Willingness to work full-time

  • Hospital food service experience highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare patient and cafeteria food service according to local, state, and federal standards
  • Adhere to sanitation policies and health regulations
  • Follow recipes and plan menus as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Support the dietary needs of patients and staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare and food service teams to ensure service quality
  • Monitor food preparation processes for compliance
