Job Requirements
- High school education or GED preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Five years commercial food preparation experience desired
- Hospital experience preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation policies and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and plan menus
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare patient and cafeteria food according to local, state, and federal standards
- Adhere to all sanitation policies required by regulatory authorities
- Follow established recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and equipment
- Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with supply management
- Comply with safety and health regulations at all times
- Assist with food service operations as needed to support hospital services
