Job Requirements
- High school education or GED preferred
- Ability to read and write English
- Five years commercial food preparation experience desired
- Hospital food service experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and plan menus
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation and hygiene

- Properly prepare patient and cafeteria food according to local, state, and federal standards

- Collaborate with healthcare and kitchen staff to meet dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas
- Monitor food quality and report any concerns promptly
