  • Ability to read and write English
  • Five years of commercial food preparation experience desired
  • Hospital food service experience highly preferred
  • Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety policies
  • Ability to follow recipes and menu plans

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet patient dietary needs
  • Monitor inventory and assist with food ordering processes
