Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments including around moving vehicles
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to use personal cell phone for work-related communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, mobile payment devices, and validation tools
- Ability to communicate professionally and provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to maintain cash drawer accuracy
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- Accurately process all forms of payment, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow cash handling procedures
- Keep the cashier booth or station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols and reporting suspicious activity
- Work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies
- Complete other tasks as assigned, attend required meetings and training, and maintain schedule flexibility
