Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties
- Proven experience handling receptionist responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize
- Valid driver's license and insured automobile according to state requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of previous clerical and administrative duties
- Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
- Computer proficiency - MS Office
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Valid driver's license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
Job Duties
- Greets, welcomes, and directs all visitors appropriately
- Answers, screens and forwards any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receives and sorts daily mail, deliveries, couriers
- Maintains security by following procedures and controlling access
- Updates appointment calendars and schedule meetings, appointments
- Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Maintains office supplies and order as appropriate
