Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing experience
- proven relationship-building skills within healthcare providers including physicians and hospitals
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- sensitivity and compassion for terminally ill patients and families
- availability to represent the organization at community and professional events
- ability to meet admissions and census goals
- compliance with state-specific requirements and safety-sensitive position protocols
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience

- strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

- proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets
- prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus
Job Duties
- educate and inform healthcare professionals about hospice services to encourage timely patient referrals
- identify new referral opportunities by engaging hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
- engage in meaningful, consultative conversations with healthcare providers regarding patient needs and hospice care benefits
- plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost awareness and referral growth
- represent the organization at community and professional events and lead educational in-services to promote hospice services
- serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, ensuring they understand hospice options and benefits of early referral
- collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support hospice admissions and census targets
