Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
- Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets

Job Duties
- Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services to ensure timely referrals
- Identify new referral opportunities by visiting hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
- Engage in conversations with healthcare providers to assess patient needs and explain hospice care benefits
- Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to boost service awareness and referrals
- Represent the organization at community events, professional associations, and educational sessions
- Act as a resource and advocate for patients and families about hospice care options and early referral advantages
