Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales, business development or referral marketing experience
- Established relationships with healthcare professionals including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health agencies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical and operational teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Sensitivity to patient and family needs
- Commitment to meeting admissions and census targets
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
- Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Prior experience in hospice, palliative care or home health is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets
Job Duties
- Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in hospice services to ensure timely patient referrals
- Identify new referral opportunities by engaging hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
- Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and hospice care benefits
- Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth
- Represent the organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, explaining hospice options and benefits of early referrals
