Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
- Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets

Job Duties
- Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in hospice services to ensure timely referrals
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities by engaging hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices
- Engage healthcare professionals in meaningful conversations about patient needs and hospice care benefits
- Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase service awareness and referral growth
- Represent the organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families regarding hospice options and early referrals
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key referral partners
