Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales business development or referral marketing
- Strong relationships with physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Experience with hospice palliative care or home health is preferred
- Excellent communication presentation and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to needs of terminally ill patients and families
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets

Job Duties
- Educate inform and inspire confidence in services so that the right patients are referred at the right time
- Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals home health agencies skilled nursing facilities assisted living communities clinics and physician offices
- Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and how hospice care can support quality of life
- Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth
- Represent the organization at community events professional associations and educational in-services to promote services
- Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families ensuring they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals
