Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of pesticide application is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products safely and accurately
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate spray equipment
- Diagnose turf issues including identifying weeds, pests, and diseases
- Maintain accurate records of applications and property notes
- Read and follow pesticide labels and application instructions closely
- Assist with mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, landscape maintenance, or snow removal as needed
- Follow all company procedures and safety protocols
- Represent Russell Landscape professionally and positively
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
