Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in customer service, receptionist, call center, or administrative support roles preferred
- strong phone etiquette and written communication skills
- pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and internal systems
- ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of automotive sales or service is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner both in person and over the phone
- answer incoming calls promptly, gather necessary information, and transfer to the appropriate team member
- take and relay accurate messages when needed
- log and report missed calls and sales calls
- respond to and manage electronic communications such as email and texts with customers and internal staff
- support sales and service teams with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative coordination
- process customer payments and perform light cashiering duties as needed
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- assist with general office duties and other tasks as assigned by management
