Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with some areas requiring 21 years of age
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification required for positions involved in the service of alcoholic beverages
- must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
- ability to maintain professionalism and uphold brand values
- ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- physically fit and able to maintain the Hooters Girl image
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- must be able to multi-task
- willingness to participate in community and promotional events
