- ability to push heavy cart over long distances and carry heavy boxes up and down stairs to guest rooms

Job Duties
- Inventory contents of mini bar on a daily basis in all guest rooms
- replace consumed products in mini bar
- document usage and charges for consumed items each day
- transport products throughout property using golf cart
- maintain stock in storeroom at established levels
- run daily ledgers report, inventory honor bar supplies and stock early departures immediately
- report any broken mini bars to Engineering for repairs immediately
- deep clean mini bars as needed
- rotate honor bar products in guest rooms according to PBC standard to maintain freshness
- locate and deliver specific guest request items whenever possible
- maintain cart and storeroom in a clean and orderly fashion
- complete posting of all honor bar guest charges
- run all honor bar closing reports
- knows models and integrates Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards)
- comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures
