- Basic math and good organizational skills
- Clear and polite manner of communicating
- Ability to push heavy cart over long distances and carry heavy boxes up and down stairs

Job Duties
- Inventory contents of mini bar on a daily basis in all guest rooms
- Replace consumed products in mini bar
- Document usage and charges for consumed items each day
- Transport products throughout property using golf cart
- Maintain stock in storeroom at established levels
- Run daily ledgers report, inventory honor bar supplies and stock early departures immediately
- Report any broken mini bars to Engineering for repairs immediately
- Deep clean mini bars as needed
- Rotate honor bar products in guest rooms according to PBC standard to maintain freshness
- Locate and deliver specific guest request items whenever possible
- Maintain cart and storeroom in a clean and orderly fashion
- Complete posting of all honor bar guest charges
- Run all honor bar closing reports
- Comply with the Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures
- Integrate Pebble Beach Company culture (mission, values, and standards)
