Job Duties
- Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
- inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials and replace if required
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
- utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory
- maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs
- prepare and push restocking cart to floors with rooms ready to inventory
- respond to guest requests
- communicate honor bar operation issues with hotel management
- follow all company safety and security policies
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance meet professional standards
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- thank guests genuinely
- adhere to quality expectations and standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
