Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and climb stairs or service ramps
- ability to reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- maintain a neat and professional appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- perform additional reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior supervisory experience required
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work honestly and uphold confidentiality
- good interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment
Job Duties
- Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room Honor Bar
- maintain inventory of the Honor Bar, room accessories, and promotional materials and replace as necessary
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of each Honor Bar
- use software and manual devices to record sales and conduct inventories as needed
- monitor product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to avoid shortages
- prepare and push the replenishment cart to floors where rooms are ready for inventory
- respond to guest requests promptly
- communicate any issues related to Honor Bar operations to hotel management
