Job Duties
- Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room minibar
- maintain minibar inventory, room accessories, and promotional materials, replacing as necessary
- keep minibar areas clean and visually appealing
- use software and manual devices to record sales and conduct inventories
- monitor product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts
- prepare and push the replenishment cart to floors where rooms are ready
- respond to guest requests
- communicate any minibar operation issues to hotel management
- comply with company safety policies and procedures
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- greet and attend to guests according to company standards
- anticipate and meet guest service needs
- adhere to quality control standards
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- communicate clearly and professionally
- visually read and verify information in various formats
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds unaided
- navigate confined or elevated spaces and service stairs or ramps
