Job Duties
- Check and restock honor bar in guest rooms according to established par levels and inventory procedures
- Ensure that all items in the honor bar are neatly arranged and presented based on property standards
- Monitor inventory levels of honor bar items and submit replenishment orders as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Record and accurately track consumption of honor bar items using designated tracking systems or software
- Ensure no expired items are in guest rooms and record upcoming expirations
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Clean-up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
