Job Duties
- greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership's service area
- collect necessary vehicle information such as model mileage and service history to initiate the service process
- coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance
- parking and retrieving vehicles
- verify the accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer
- provide clear explanations of the services performed and any additional recommendations from the service team
- ensure the service area is clean organized and free of debris at all times
