Job Duties
- greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression
- guide customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about our services
- perform state inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards
- assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
- collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
