Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Open availability including weekends
  • Ability to work shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfort with multitasking and managing various responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills including hotel software and Office suite

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage reservation processes and update guest information
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints quickly and professionally
  • Perform multitasking duties balancing front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and record keeping
