Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred or a 4-year college degree with 1 year related experience or 2-year college degree with 2 years related experience
  • valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
  • highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • experience with professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, closing
  • strong analytical and strategic skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • strong organization and presentation skills
  • ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
  • advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Cast creative marketing spells to generate bookings and increase revenue
  • train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
  • develop budgets, forecasts, and innovative marketing campaigns
  • conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings to build lasting relationships
  • collaborate across departments and support the General Manager as a hotel ambassador
