Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred or a 4-year college degree with 1 year related experience or 2-year college degree with 2 years related experience
- valid driver’s license in the applicable state required
- highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- experience with professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, closing
- strong analytical and strategic skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- strong organization and presentation skills
- ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cast creative marketing spells to generate bookings and increase revenue
- train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team
- develop budgets, forecasts, and innovative marketing campaigns
- conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings to build lasting relationships
- collaborate across departments and support the General Manager as a hotel ambassador
