Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent education and experience
- Supervisory background is required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or be willing to obtain certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Windows Operating Systems
- Excellent communication abilities
- Must comply with professional appearance and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
- Four-year degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years
- Proven supervisory or management experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Commitment to outstanding guest service
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and collaborating with the General Manager
- Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain smooth hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting ongoing employee development programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with both colleagues and guests
- Manage financial information and use data to support operational decisions
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for efficient management and reporting
- Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards throughout the hotel
- Deliver friendly and service-oriented hospitality to all guests and team members
