Job Description

We are a comfortable all-suite hotel located in Midland, Texas, positioned at the heart of the Permian Basin. Our hotel offers an exceptional strategic location between the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and El Paso, providing guests with convenient access to major highways such as TX-191, the TX-250 loop, and I-20. Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Supervisory background is required
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Windows Operating Systems
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Must comply with professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
  • Four-year degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years
  • Proven supervisory or management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Commitment to outstanding guest service
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and collaborating with the General Manager
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain smooth hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting ongoing employee development programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with both colleagues and guests
  • Manage financial information and use data to support operational decisions
  • Utilize Windows Operating Systems for efficient management and reporting
  • Uphold professional appearance and grooming standards throughout the hotel
  • Deliver friendly and service-oriented hospitality to all guests and team members
