Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience or a four-year degree with 2-3 years or a two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively spot challenges and solve problems to ensure efficient daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff
- coach and develop team members across all levels
- Maintain clear and active communication with colleagues and guests
- Analyze financial data to support operational decisions
- Use Windows Operating Systems for management duties and reporting
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards across staff
- Foster a friendly, service-focused environment for guests and teammates
