Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Handle reservations and VIP requests efficiently
  • Manage daily front desk operations including tracking logs, managing messages and packages
  • Monitor and update room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • Train new front desk associates and lead the front desk team
  • Resolve guest complaints and workplace issues professionally and creatively
  • Ensure adherence to safety and service standards
