Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel supervisory or management role
- Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per workweek
- Exempt status requiring discretion and independent judgment
- Experience directing work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel management or supervisory role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams
- Strong understanding of revenue generation and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in administrative, executive, and professional hotel operations
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel in absence of the General Manager or Manager on Duty
- Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
- Supervise operating departments and direct work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
- Focus on development of associates to promote team growth and performance
- Manage administrative, executive, and professional tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment
- Maintain high operational standards and respond effectively to guest issues and emergencies
- Work beyond standard hours as necessary to complete job responsibilities
