Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel supervisory or management role
  • Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per workweek
  • Exempt status requiring discretion and independent judgment
  • Experience directing work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel management or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multiple teams
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in administrative, executive, and professional hotel operations
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel in absence of the General Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
  • Supervise operating departments and direct work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • Focus on development of associates to promote team growth and performance
  • Manage administrative, executive, and professional tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment
  • Maintain high operational standards and respond effectively to guest issues and emergencies
  • Work beyond standard hours as necessary to complete job responsibilities
