Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent education and experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and collaborating with the General Manager
- Proactively identify challenges and solve problems to ensure efficient daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting staff development and training
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests to address concerns effectively
- Work confidently with financial information and data to support hotel operations
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting tasks
- Enforce professional appearance and grooming standards among staff
- Deliver friendly and service-oriented interactions to enhance guest satisfaction
