Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items 20-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, greet guests, and respond to inquiries about hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local area attractions
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty beverages including coffee and tea drinks, and maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and set up according to brand standards
- promptly clear tables and refresh buffet stations
- Proactively address guest needs and quickly evaluate solutions in case of special requests or issues
- Support other team members as needed, including assisting in dishwashing, replenishing food items, and keeping the kitchen and service areas tidy
- Perform basic cashiering duties such as closing checks, processing payments, and maintaining transaction records as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items 20-50 lbs, and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
